With the Budapest Opera House, St Stephen's Basilica, and the café-bars of Liszt Ferenc tér all a stone's throw away, this hostel is perfectly located for exploring some of Budapest's cultural highlights. The vibrant atmosphere and quirky decorations make it a fun place to stay for families.
For dads, it would be great if the hostel had a play area or some activities specifically designed for children.

The location was super convenient, with the Budapest Opera House and St Stephen's Basilica just a stone's throw away. We also loved hanging out at the café-bars of Liszt Ferenc tér. The hostel had a cool vibe, with cartoon characters playing American sports. It was a great place for young people like us to have fun and explore Budapest!
The only thing we wished for was more fun activities for young party-going people. It would have been awesome if the hostel organized some themed parties or events to make the experience even more exciting.

I had an amazing time at Lol Boutique Hostel. I stayed here for a few nights and it was the perfect base for exploring the city. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. The hostel itself had great amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy common room, and a lovely courtyard area. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the bar staff who gave us great recommendations for places to eat and drink. I had a wonderful experience at Lol Boutique Hostel.
Totally recommend this hotel.

The location is mind-blowing - right in the center, close to public transport plus, super affordable! The bed was comfortable, and the toilet/shower setup was well-organized. I felt secure with lockers in the room and at reception. The 3000 forints deposit was a relief, allowing me to enjoy a good meal and make it to the airport without a worry.

Well located and friendly staff. Nice entrance, good wifi. Warm room with open window. Warm shower with good water pressure. Original decoration and private shower with hot water and good pressure. Street a little dark but close to main streets. Couples will love or hate it, with a room containing a strip pole. Clean rooms and great location for walking to Budapest's attractions.

The hostel is also just a 2-minute walk from the Metro station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are creatively decorated and interesting, adding to the overall charm of the place. Despite the basic amenities, the beds were relatively comfy and the room was clean. I would recommend this hostel for a short and budget-friendly stay in the city.

We had a fantastic stay in this centrally located hostel. the room design was modern and clean, with plenty of electric sockets and good lockers for our belongings. the helpful staff saved our holiday when we had to switch accommodations last minute. the affordable price was an added bonus.
The separate showers for guys and girls seemed unnecessary since we weren't showering together.

The Graffiti room at LOL Boutique Hostel City Center is just awesome! It's so vibrant and colorful, like a piece of art. Being an old soul, I never thought I'd enjoy a room covered in graffiti, but it's so trendy and Instagram-worthy!
Personally, I found the graffiti on the walls a bit overwhelming. But hey, it's just my taste, and others might totally dig the urban vibe!

The Farm Pub in the building's courtyard is as good as the hostel's own bar. The drinks and atmosphere were so impressive that it felt like stepping into a trendy city bar rather than a hostel courtyard.
Cleanliness issues.

The location was mind-blowing, super close to the metro and famous landmarks. Everything was jaw-droppingly new and clean. The staff was incredibly helpful and the nearby bar had great drinks and cool blind bar concept. The themed rooms were amazing and the free computer was a bonus. Free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and lockers available. Plus, great tips on places to visit in the city.
